We accept most major credit cards, cash and checks from established patients. 

We are also in network with a number of insurance companies. Please contact your insurance company to verify if we are in network or out. In the ever evolving world of insurance we are happy to answer your insurance concerns and pride ourselves on working closely with our patients to answer their questions. 

The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and insurance. We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment before you begin so you can make the best payment option. When insurance is involved, cost of treatment is our best faith estimate but we cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance.

Insurance claims will be submitted on the day of service. Please be aware of your eligibility and benefits as some companies have limitations on the services covered. Once the dental insurance portion has been received, if there is a remaining balance it is the responsibility of the primary account holder.
